Pros

Paid training is typically a good amount of time. You do learn the material and the trainers are very knowledgeable.

Cons

Once in production, be prepared for supervisors that will publicly call you out on the site chat for anything that they deem inconvenient. They micro manage everything you do and cause you to not meet your key metrics.

Quite literally everything. Management, and the thousands of unethical business practices they have. Lots of sketchy people who work there
