Pros
A lot of the people are good to work with. Most of the training team are knowledgeable.
Cons
Watch your pay. If they think they can short you, they will. If you call them on, they will push back. I know people who habe had to get the labor board involved to get the money they were owed. As stated in the headline, they are always changing things. For a company who's whole job is based on communication (it's a call center), there is a severe lack of it within the company itself. You will often not know of changes until you are being called on for not following new policy/process that you were not even made aware of. Salary is low for most projects.
