Pros

Only pro: making aerospace and automotive products

Cons

too many to list!! 1.) only racist white men make $80k+, 2.) the machine shop not up to safety and had only two trained people - now 1 since I left, 3.) the president is emotional and judges people based on lies told by management known to lie, 4.) the way employees are treated is terrible - we are called cockroaches, and made racist remarks to even when they don't know what we are!!!!! Poorly run, worse management teams, and if you think or have ideas you dont want to 2owrk here! Plus these dinosaurs do not have direct deposit.

Pros

The only positive I can share is that the company does provide a paycheck. Beyond that, the experience did not meet my expectations for a healthy or supportive work environment.

Cons

The only positive aspect is that the company provides a paycheck. Cons: Extremely high turnover: Over half the employees have been here less than two years. New faces appear weekly, and constant onboarding disrupts workflow and morale. Unsafe working conditions: Daily exposure to fumes, pollution, and fire hazards without adequate safety measures. Poor facilities: Restrooms and locker rooms are unsanitary and poorly maintained, with broken fixtures and neglect. Lack of proper tools: Employees are expected to use makeshift tools (like sticks) instead of appropriate equipment, compromising safety and efficiency. Forced return to work after injury: Injured employees are pressured to return quickly, often after seeing company-selected doctors, prioritizing productivity over well-being. Unfair compensation: Wages are far below industry standards, making it difficult to support families. Exploitative hiring: Many employees are vulnerable immigrants who may fear speaking out. Toxic management: Frequent verbal abuse, including yelling, is common. Seeing coworkers cry at work is not unusual. Conflicting orders: Management often gives contradictory instructions, then denies the original directive, creating a confusing and controlling environment. Mandatory overtime: Saturdays are required, with refusal met by threats of termination, ignoring work-life balance. Unethical quality control: Substandard parts are accepted instead of scrapped, risking product integrity and end-user safety. No training or support: There is no onboarding, process documentation, or training. Employees are blamed for mistakes they were never taught to avoid. Suspicious reviews: Many positive Glassdoor reviews seem inauthentic and do not reflect actual working conditions. This is the worst workplace I’ve experienced. The combination of unsafe conditions, exploitation, and toxic management is unsustainable. I’m sharing this to help others avoid the same suffering. I don't speak english and used AI to translate this.
