Pros
Advancial is a fantastic place to work. I feel appropriately challenged and respected in my role. Leadership strives to attract and retain the best people. Hard work and innovation is acknowledged and rewarded. There are many benefits at Advancial that are unprecedented. The insurance benefits and compensation are the best I have seen at any organization. Advancial offers school tuition reimbursement to encourage employees to continue improving throughout their career. We have monthly themed lunches to come together while relaxing and having fun. Once per year, we have Celebrate Advancial which brings all employees together to celebrate our accomplishments. It's an amazing fun time and I always enjoy meeting all the people from other locations. In addition, we have regular health and wellness competitions, and recently were provided with a free financial wellness program. We have a vacation property in Florida for employee use and another one soon to be added, likely in Colorado.
Cons
It is really difficult to think of any cons. Advancial highly values the contribution of each employee and encourages hard work and continuous improvement. So, it is likely not a good fit for someone who just wants to collect a paycheck while keeping a seat warm.
