None whatsoever. Pay package promised was good, but the insane number of hours that had to be put in made up for this

Worked at w2bi. Was a horrible place to work at. No work life balance; management expected employees to work through nights and weekends,based on unrealistic schedules that were committed to without checking with the engineering team. Ethics was highly questionable too; employees with integrity/concerns about these practices were singled out.
