Pros

If you want a place where you can come in, drive meaty projects and make real business impact, this is the place for you. There are tons of opportunities to help the company grow, improve efficiency, or build something completely new. The company is very supportive of creative thinking and if you have a solid business case for something, your plans can become reality very quickly. The team I work with is one of my favorite parts of ARB. People don't have egos and aren't territorial about projects - everyone really feels like they are here to help one another and drive impact. There is little to no politics here - just a great group of really hard-working people. The senior leadership team also has great drive and ambitions, and they will push you to be your best. They are happy to mentor and help you grow in your career in ways I have not seen from other leaders in previous roles. Again - this is not for everyone but if you really want people who will help push you to grow this is an amazing spot to be.

Cons

If you are looking for a 9-5 where you log in and log out doing the same thing every day - this is not the place for you. We all need to do our part on the team to achieve the big goals we have as a company. I find this to be exciting but I know it wouldn't be the right environment for everyone.

Pros

If you're in need of an answer for future interview to "can you tell me about a difficult experience you had at work?" you could fill the entire interview.

Cons

Too many to count. It's such a toxic work environment I'm still working through the trauma. Don't let their job descriptions fool you. If you're in brand you may do some marketing, but you will also be doing supply chain, warehouse labor, regulatory, legal, and more. Someone might tell you "no one has an ego here." That is a lie. CEO will raise his voice to you if the business doesn't perform. They don't care you. They don't care about diversity, equity, and inclusion, and if you bring things like this up, you'll likely be told you're too woke. The office is ugly and outdated, as are the policies. You will get 10 paid time off days, but that will include sick leave. If you want to take a vacation, you better stay healthy. All they care about is profit. They will raise prices on consumers over and over, they will cut corners, reduce cost all the expense of the product. Not staffed for the workload across any department. I could go on, but my heart rate is spiking thinking about working there. Do. Not. Work. Here.
