decent pay, SEEMS like an evolved pleasent company, SEEMS like. they pay to fly you to holiday parties, that kind of old fashioned "were a family" kind of vibe.

got laid off, went in one day and BOOM, your gone. "were going in a new direction" and no other communications. thats it. if they can do it to me, an exempt guy, they can do it to anyone. I suspect that is the true nature of AECON. Nice maple syrup canadian veneer, but just another pipe-hittin construction company just like a lot of others.
