Poor consideration with regards to mental health - Customer Service Representative (CSR) Aegon Employee Review

Was told that after being diagnosed with borderline personality disorder that i'd need to use holidays to attend my psychology appointments. When i asked what the next steps would be after my holidays where used up and i still had oncoming appointments, i was told that they wouldn't be able to facilitate and i'd need to seek alternative treatment. Really disappointing
