Pros
Management sincerely cares about perfomance for their business customers, end-user experience, and their employees. They demand a lot in terms of performance, but return it with flexibility and great benefits. Loved being around my coworkers. Exciting industry to be in. Excellent senior management and intelligent coworkers.
Cons
The company is at the stage where some managerial growing pains have become more apparent. It's still a job. With some of the people they are polite, but they are still coworkers and have their own responsibilities (and sometimes looking to offload some of their work). Same as any place. Just be sure to remember that some people are going to ask more of you than you will care to reciprocate. It's okay to say no from time to time. Career paths and guidance need work.
