Pros

They have good benefits for employees.

Cons

Designer leadership is lacking, not only on does it lack experience, it lacks to understand on how to function with other departments, design isn't customer or user centric, and are unable to elaborate why a decision is made. There were constant arguments between departments and instead of looking for a solution, design leadership was more interested on who was right and who talked the loudest. When it comes to design decisions there was no reasoning behind it, it was always "This looks cool" or "this design doesn't represent ME" — this is coming from my direct supervisor. They don't care about customers/users experience, designers are supposed to do what their managers say w/o questioning w/o reasoning because if managers were to answer "Why" the whole team would quickly see their plans are self-serving and superficial. The Design Leadership is joke here. It's a great start for junior designers, but if you are more senior and are looking to improve your design skills and thinking.... I highly recommend not coming here. This was by far the worst job I've had.
