Pros

They pay really well and the benefits are excellent.

Cons

The most dysfunctional organization you've ever been at - the head of customer ops is great, but the Directors micro-manage, will ask you to do the impossible, and then hang you out to dry. I've never seen more directs be scapegoated before. Super toxic and would not recommend if you have other options. If you can grin & bear, not say anything controversial, and make nice with the right people, you'll probably have a better time there. If thinking about joining, do NOT rock the boat. You'll get burned.
