- competitive compensation: great pay and very strong benefits (health, dental, stock, ESPP) - away days - great place to build experience and add to resume
Cons
- low morale in org - various benefits will potentially be reduced as a cost-saving measure - overreliance on top performers leading to burnout and attrition - ability of management is highly questionable and many current leaders hugely benefitted from the layoff
