Pros
Good Benefits (medical, dental, parental leave)
Cons

They laid off 20% of the employees in Feb 2023, said they would never do it again, and laid off again one year later in Feb 2024. When I joined, I wanted to stay at Affirm for years, but I was disappointed and left after 18 months. I wish I had left another review...
