No work and personal life balance. No even work load distribution, managers and supervisors are unqualified for the roles. Bonuses don’t equate to the production of each team and company whole. Very high school like environment and many HR validations within the company throughout multiple departments. People are often compared to machines or non human items. Supervisors and managers gossip about employees personal matters.
