Pros
Good benefits, decent PTO, everyone passionate about getting the work done and taking care of our customers. Those actually getting their hands dirty and doing the work feel as though they're in it together and are willing to help one another.
Cons
Recent buyout seems to have company culture going down the drain. It's always been a very busy job with a struggle to find work/life balance, but it was still rewarding, and we felt like we were making a difference and were valued. But now, it seems all about change for the sake of change, not actual progress. They're also so obsessed with profitability but they don't care how their new systems and processes affect the people actually doing the jobs. The turnover rate lately has been very high across North America, and every time someone else quits, they get congratulated by their peers for leaving. It's become so toxic, demanding and draining, most of us are here for insurance benefits and a paycheck until we can find something better.
