Current but very wary employee - Marketing Aggreko Employee Review

Human Resources and Management is terrible. HR is never available, they are always in meetings. Too many managers. I've silently watched several wonderful employees have problems and they receive little to no assistance from HR, they have eventually left. My respect and view completely changed when I saw a key marketing communications member laid off because of personal reasons and not for business reasons at all. This showed me that no one can be trusted and that if you challenge someone they will find a reason to let you go. Although my job is secure, I've lost respect.
