Pros
I worked for two of their competitors and lost a few deals to Agilence. The most feedback I received from prospects on why they chose Agilence, they have pleasing dashboards.
Cons
Many prospects who did not chose Agilence said the biggest reason was their arrogance and condescending attitude. I was recruited by them a year and a half earlier and rejected the offer. I rejected it after speaking to several previous employees that shared it was a stressful environment. I learned it was a habit of Agilence to hire competitor employees, learn all they can about their comptetior and let the employee go. I found this to be true.
Once I was working for them I found communication to be terrible, help was limited and they did not share internally phone numbers, which I found odd. I was hired for my expertise and I felt I was completely ignored when we discussed strategy.
The interview process was over two months and I was let go two months after being hired. They asked me if I had any questions and I said yes; "why am I being let go" and they said they could not get into it.
