Toxic environment - Anonymous- Salaried Staff Agility Robotics Employee Review

Thank you for your feedback. Your input is invaluable as we strive to create the most supportive and transparent environment possible for everyone. We have started to make improvements with increasing our All Hands cadence to be weekly and improving the content of those meetings. We are also meeting with managers on a monthly basis to give more coaching and to encourage best practice sharing amongst themselves. We will continue to incorporate new initiatives to improve the working environment for everyone.
