Pros
Agility has a lot of exciting but difficult technical challenges that we're working on currently, so the work itself is extremely rewarding and impactful. I enjoy working closely with everyone here and find my teammates to be extremely talented with many diverse backgrounds, so I think that has helped with fostering a sense of learning and creativity. I've also been able to expand my skills and advance my career within a very supportive and collaborative environment which has been an overall great experience so far!
Cons
Being a robotics start-up, it's definitely fast-paced with a lot of opportunity to take on more, so you'll need to be able to adapt quickly and prioritize carefully. That being said, there's also a lot of opportunity to have heavy influence and impact.
