Pros
It's really exciting to be part of a company with a great mission to help humans be more human and is actually making robots that work! In the last year or so we've expanded the leadership to get some really great talent in the door and take us to the next phase of our journey. It's also so impressive to have so many Female executives in the most senior positions of a cutting edge technology company! We also have some great benefits, like a 6% 401k match, which is pretty unheard of for a company at our stage.
Cons
The company is a startup and going through a new phase. We are bigger and actually making a product for customers, which means we have more people involved in decision making. We also do not have all of our processes fully baked out, which is a pro for some that like building the foundation but a con for others. Not everyone wants to make this transition or is able to, which has led to some sour feelings. A lot of people that were really disgruntled have left though, so it feels like the overall happiness level is increasing!
