Pros

- Hike and Pay are good - Free dinner - Flexible work hours

Cons

- Micro management from some managers - Some of the senior employees think that they owns the company so they keep humiliate juniors even in front of managers - Management should take are of the employees by keep checking with them about their routine activities instead all they do is micro management and putting unnecessary pressure on employees. - Faced some terrible unprofessional behaviours by higher authorities during my NP which was highly commendable. - Not so much technical stuffs to learn , no personal growth in technology wise except the product knowledge - No guidance provided during the initial stage and no support will be given by managers during your work. - if you can tolerate a toxic environment just for pay, then you can join here!

Pros

The interview process was smooth, well-organized, and professionally conducted. I appreciated the timely updates after each stage. Overall, it was a positive and seamless experience.

Cons

The overall timeline of the interview process was slightly extended—possibly due to delays in client confirmations or internal approvals. If feasible, streamlining this aspect could enhance the candidate experience further.

Pros

People below the senior manager level are great to work with and are dedicated to customers.

Cons

Senior managers and above are political “yes men” to the CEO who frequently screams at people publicly and on Teams meetings and makes cutting, derisive comments regarding the work people do — even those that put in many hours on the company’s behalf. He frequently complains that he is the only one who is smart enough and dedicated enough to identify and solve problems. His vision is limited to an intense engineering focus, with the answer to every challenge being to “hire more engineers.” This has begun to hold the company back and is reflected in the dropping stock price.
