Pros

Team members are good to be around. Opening team at new location was great to work with.

Cons

Personal egos in leadership get in the way of the work that needs to be done. Lying to employees about housekeepers who were terminated instead of what happened which is three people walked off at the same time. Less than half of the original Anna Texas team are left.

Pros

Great company benefits! Loved all my team members however, the GM should be investigated as well as lots of the employees as there was drug use on the property.

Cons

The general manager is not suited for this role or company. We believe in love and that's not what he displays.

Pros

Compensation is pretty good, and they offer health insurance for servers.

Cons

Management is often clueless or ineffective. Months after opening the hotel, there are still glaring issues present, like missing items on the POS, paychecks arriving late, and schedules that are released the day before the week starts.
