Pros

very hard to find many, but the best would be the hotel discounts after the 90-day probationary period

Cons

the hotel i worked for was one of the most unorganized and unprofessional places I've worked in my 6 years of working. Aimbridge in my opinion loves to overwork their employees and underpay them. It matters not that this is the hospitality industry. There are people that have worked for the hotels managed by aimbridge for over 10 years STILL making under 12 dollars an hour. The hotels continue to get bad reviews and surveys regarding cleanliness and overall service because the employees are being overworked for what may as well be minimum wage after taxes and insurance are deducted from their earnings.

Pros

Great company benefits! Loved all my team members however, the GM should be investigated as well as lots of the employees as there was drug use on the property.

Cons

The general manager is not suited for this role or company. We believe in love and that's not what he displays.

Pros

Compensation is pretty good, and they offer health insurance for servers.

Cons

Management is often clueless or ineffective. Months after opening the hotel, there are still glaring issues present, like missing items on the POS, paychecks arriving late, and schedules that are released the day before the week starts.
