Pros

Yearly conference is very motivating. You learn of other hotels that are actually doing a great job in keeping their employees happy and low turn over.

Cons

Management company is not aware of the shenanigans that happen at hotels they manage. Poor management starting from the hiring process through the style of leadership. Lots of favoritism for some and exclusion of others. Have you ever seen the movie Mean Girls? Then you should see the sales department. They treat the other departments like second class citizens.

Pros

Great company benefits! Loved all my team members however, the GM should be investigated as well as lots of the employees as there was drug use on the property.

Cons

The general manager is not suited for this role or company. We believe in love and that's not what he displays.

Pros

Compensation is pretty good, and they offer health insurance for servers.

Cons

Management is often clueless or ineffective. Months after opening the hotel, there are still glaring issues present, like missing items on the POS, paychecks arriving late, and schedules that are released the day before the week starts.
