This company is truly difficult to work for. It was very clear that good hospitality and guest service was a low priority, Lying to guests and not having the flexibility to go "above and beyond" were common. Raises are capped at 3% per year, leading to little incentive for good workers to stay. Management was harsh and ultimately far more concerned with squeezing every last penny out of guests to maximize profit.
