Cons
Leadership is recruited from outside of organization - Does not understand how things work and have a difficult time adapting. Management is rewarded for constant agreement with leadership. Does not support internal operations. Operations are treated as a second class tier and are over-reliant on contractors and outsourced labor. Poor morale and frequency of attrittion.
