Pros

I've worked in many customer service and management positions and this is far and away the best. You will get back what you put in. The jobs are challenging and things change all the time. If this is your jam and you want to create something and bust your bum to do it this is the place for you. Be ready to get on board for anything and figure it out on the way.

Cons

If you aren't comfortable with ambiguity and daily change, I'd suggest passing on this one.
