At Aires, we strive to maintain market-competitive compensation by bench-marking against organizations of similar size, industry, and structure. Although we are unsure of when you were employed with us, over the past three years we’ve completed a compensation analysis and made significant investments in our total rewards strategy, particularly in IT, to attract, motivate, and retain top talent.
Beyond competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health and wellness programs, recognition initiatives, flexible schedules, generous PTO, and paid holidays. Our goal is to support both the personal and professional success of every team member.
We are consistently improving our technology to lead the industry and were recently shortlisted for most innovative use of technology in global mobility. While it is true that as a relocation company, we commonly have to adapt schedules to ensure that we provide the best customer service, we offer flexible scheduling practices to promote better work-life balance for all employees and the goal should always be to rotate assigned team members.
