      Peers are excellent Greek employees are super to work with

      The leadership is lousy. They are so lousy they ended up selling the company at a throw away price to Automation Anywhere. If the five star reviews are true, there was no need to give Aisera for such a low price. The company was in shambles under poor leadership of Muddu for a long time and the new leaders just took a short cut and sold it off.

      Aisera is an amazing place to work, offering a vast AI/ML features and the opportunity to collaborate with a talented team. The team is focused on solving problem statements fundamentally and encourages performing research, broadening their skill set, and publishing research papers as well.

      Good product and investors, but lost out on time to market in the fast growing AI Automation platform product.

      Leadership issues in the company which caused the company lag behind competitors and eventually lost the market leader position.
