Pros
Product is superior and works phenomenally. ROI is easy to monetize and sell financially. Market opportunity is massive, relevant and a chance to build a successful career.
Cons
With any startup- there’s lots of changing processes, priorities, etc. You have to be ready to set goals and build something- don’t expect to just have deals fall in your lap. Executive team expects the reps and the SDRs to prospect but they reward with opportunities to build your pipeline if you can put in the work. There is a lot of focus on pipeline generation at first but there are reps in commercial and enterprise who have hit their stride and are selling big deals now.
