The product is good and leading in the AI industry in the service desk area with huge market for the Company to get. With more talents and new leadership team joining since 12 months ago, the Company has completed a $90M financing round with big brands as Goldman and Thoma Bravo, even during the SaaS downturn. Leadership team knows where the company should head to and build up the team in all aspects to drive towards the goal. Team managers I work with are smart, good mentor, people caring and supportive for work & life balance. The goal and pressure is always there as most fast-growing start up companies but the team is strong to work together to achieve the goal. There is much less friction or bureaucracy compared to large-size companies and your voice will be heard and right decisions will be made quickly and put into action. There are quarterly offsite events, various awards program for employee appreciation, good referral bonus, and opportunities to grow or expand the scope. Once you have proved out yourself, the promotion and recognition are decent to well recognize the contribution.
Cons
The company is growing so fast and from time to time are behind on resources. Therefore need to hire faster and more talents to better support the product growth, go-to-market and employees.
