Awful Leadership & Toxic Environment - Marketing Aisera Employee Review

The most horrible leadership that you could imagine. The CEO leads with fear and often belittles people. Employee's are not given a chance to show their worth as goals, objectives and timelines are in constant flux. Most people work until 7pm and are demanded to work on the weekends. There is a work "emergency" on a daily basis and everyone is overworked. PTO often isn't approved, and in many departments you can only take 1-2 days off in a row. There is absolutely no work life balance. The stress and anxiety that comes with working here is not worth it!! A few colleagues of mine have been let go directly before their bonus payout.
