Pros
It's been almost a year since I've joined Aisera and to sum up the experience so far - its been one hell of a learning opportunity. As a product manager you are very hands on with your product and are responsible for the end to end development of the product. Getting this opportunity right out of college has jumpstarted my career and has taught me how to thrive in the startup ecosystem. Being hands on with the product also gives you the opportunity to interact with leadership and get their thoughts and ideas as well.
Cons
As with most startups, life can get chaotic at Aisera. You definitely have to be scrappy to get things done, so if the startup lifestyle is not for you, then Aisera would be a difficult environment. For those who are looking for this experience, Aisera is a great learning environment.
