Aktion Associates is a Midmarket ERP Consulting company. Consulting is not an easy job; it's very fluid and requires a lot of juggling. That's a comment about Consulting, not about Aktion Associates. I've seen a number of Midmarket ERP Consulting companies across the United States and most are very stressful, high drama places. Aktion Associates is the most family friendly that I've seen. It's a low drama place with stable leadership and colleagues who care about doing the right thing, many of whom have been there for over 10+ years. Aktion takes care of their employees and their employees in turn take care of their customers. If you are looking for a corporate job, this isn't it. Consulting keeps you on your toes, but if you are looking for the most stable Midmarket ERP Consulting company that you can find, I believe that Aktion Associates is it.
Cons
If you want to bill your brains out and make tons of money, this probably isn't the best place for it. The trade-off for making less money is that Aktion Associates is a family-friendly consulting firm.
