I really enjoy the friendly and helpful atmosphere. The job culture here is the best I have seen in my career. You are not micromanaged and actually encouraged to work with your clients to achieve their mission. Another pro is performance base bonuses for some departments. Most engineers retire here as its a great place to stay for your entire career. Benefits and PTO are also pretty good here!

Base pay could be higher but the bonuses do help.
