Pros

Hiring manager was absolutely sweet.

Cons

Training is awful and they expect you to know everything within 3 weeks then you are thrown on live calls and the amount of steps you have to do and the expectations are unrealistic. Spanish speaking calls are non stop and the translator line never worked, getting any help is a joke and again about the training it's just awful. They read to you every single article modality but there's not enough hands on training before they throw you in with the wolves. Such a disorganized, chaotic, and awful experience. Call center nightmare!
