Pros
peers from orientation/training were INCREDIBLE remote work
Cons
extremely difficult onboarding careless management i just about had an anxiety attack every shift (definitely cried every shift) because onboarding was too quick and i had no confidence in what i was doing. the job is to be tech support for security devices for the dealers installing them. the "training" is being on the phone with REAL clients who, at this point, know the product better than you and are wanting real-time support. you're literally stuck trying to solve a problem you don't know the solution to while a coach is listening to your call and watching your computer screen LIVE. literally the worst experience ever. a lot of the dealers get frustrated and want to be transferred to someone else and some of them even refuse to speak to women because they'd rather talk to a man who "knows more".
