Most management shouldn’t be in a leadership role, they don’t know what they are doing, don’t coach or develop staff, most people are hired due to knowing someone, sleeping with their boss or sucking up to their manager. I’m the collections department the management is truly terrible. Another issue with this company is they tend to promote men over woman, and time off is hard to get even though it’s earned, staff have trouble even getting advanced time off. Since Covid the morale has taken a nose dive, they won’t give out an annual raise, Covid vaccines were basically forced and they don’t make staffing a priority so staff is so worn out and not paid enough to make it worth it.”
