Owners who never think they are above any of their employees. Emphasis on not just working, but also having a personal life. Flexibility regarding time off for personal pursuits and interests. Casual and relaxed working environment.

Pay is not always competitive with other companies. At times it appears the wrong people earn more money than the people who deserve bigger salaries. More sick time and vacation time should be granted. No parking.
