1.Toxic work environment 2.Centralized decision-making 3. Poor management practices: very inconsistent or unclear guidance from Seniors and ineffective project leadership. 4. Limited career progression 5. Excessive workload: Frequent weekend work and overtime expectations without adequate compensation 6. Unstructured internal processes: Micromanagement, pointless admin tasks, and changing policies that frustrate employees. 7. Poor work-life balance: Projects require unscheduled overtime or meetings outside normal hours 8. NO JOB SECURITY AT ALL THIS IS A LALA COMPANY
