Pros

- Family like culture - promotes happiness - love the way each employee is connected with each other - keep the size of company not so big so each one stay in touch and connected - Believes in transparency and no cabin culture

Cons

- sometimes work gets stressful, but I guess that's part of growth - Flat organisation in terms of hierarchy. Flip side, everyone is anyone is very approachable but then the growth option in designation gets limited.
