Pros
I have been working at Aleph for 10 years. Yeah it has been a decade. And while there are plenty of opportunities out there, what keeps me stay that long with Aleph? - Great senior management team who truly cares of and supports employees not only from the mind but heart. They are very hand on, they know your strengths and weeknesses even before you recognize that, they empower you to grow and once you have issues, you will never face it alone. - Forgiving culture. At Aleph you are allowed to make mistakes as part of learning & growing. No one will point finger on you. Instead of that, we will sit down and we fix together. - Great colleagues. There are no boundaries amongst the locations. The team here who come from different countries around the world are very talented, supportive, have very good hearts & good sense of humor . They are more than colleagues but friends who you can hang out after work, share your problems no matter it's personal or professional, and they will definitely cover you, back you up when you need help. - Interesting projects. The projects are big and iconic. You will have chance to work with top clients and coordinate with big partners in technology, infastructure, etc. -Reward & Appreciation: Your hard work will be definitely paid off
Cons
- Not recommended for those who is looking for 9-5 jobs. From time to time employees will be required to work late to deliver the project. However, that should not be big issues as most of the projects are big and we apply Agile methodology to manage, that means you will do time estimation for your tasks and manage to complete that by yourself. - Not recommended for those who doesn't want to take challenges. Working here you will be expected to take ownership and responsibilty. Sometimes you will feel you are not ready to deal with those, team will not let you give up but support you to overcome those challenges. However, you need to have the willingess to lead that, if you are not challenge seeker, you will find it's stress.
