Dear Alephian, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback on our Glassdoor. We are sorry to hear that you are not enjoying your employment with us as much as we would like you to. Due to the nature of the business, it is no doubt that there will escalation at times which will require the team to work prolong hours. Off-in-lieu will often be granted in such a situation as a form of compensation for your hard work. We appreciate worklife balance as much as you do but such a balance will require efforts from both sides. We will be keen to hear you out on how we can improve. Also, please note that we are not a hire and fire company. We value all our alephians who get onboard with us since no organisation can run without talents. It is very much not appreciated here.
