Dear Alephian, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience via Glassdoor. We are glad that you managed to build a good rapport with the team and enjoyed the opportunities given whilst you are still with us. However, we do not appreciate any misrepresentation of us in the public space. We hope the following will help to clarify your doubts on your aforementioned. As Aleph matures, we continuously look for ways to enhance our employee culture and work environment. In the past few years, we have seen a positive evolution of this. Do note that every alephian plays a vital role in the growth of the organisation. Every aleph milestone will not have been possible without the dedication of each alephian, which is the reason success stories are highlighted to all on certain occasions. That being said, all alephians are given the same due respect to learn and grow in their respective fields regardless of the position they hold in the organisation. Our clients are our partners. Hence, our aim as a CreativeEngineering company is to grow together and drive the future with them. Innovation can sometimes be messy but our belief in a total experience is common and we would want our Alephians to focus on that. We will work on how we can collaborate better down the streams.
