Dear Alephian, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback on Glassdoor. We want to take this moment to appreciate your contribution to delivering quality work alongside the rest of #peopleofaleph during your time with us as well. Nonetheless, we do not appreciate any misrepresentation of us in the public space. We hope the following will help to clarify your doubts on your aforementioned. People are our top priority and should never be overlooked. Due to the nature of our business, working over the weekends is highly unavoidable due to delivery schedules. Instead of payment, we do provide off-in-lieu for Alephians who had worked over the weekend and/or public holidays. Nevertheless, do note that we do not encourage working overtime unless there are any emergency situations. We cherish family/personal time as much as you do. The mentors in the organisation are always available for you for a catch-up over coffee regardless of the number of things they have on their plates should you need any help or advice. Our resource framework is built to allow someone to be away for about 2 weeks time as long as there is a proper handover in place. Do let us know on which occasions were you disturbed and we are glad to look into it further. At Aleph, we strive to embrace a borderless culture where there will be opportunities for #peopleofaleph to jam and work on opportunities regardless of where they are based in. All resource allocations are discussed within the regional leadership before anybody is allocated to any work to ensure that #peopleofaleph will have great exposure to regional opportunities where possible. With that said, escalations are dealt with quite seriously within the organization and we take each flag raised seriously. Our regional leadership and happiness team are one of the most approachable people around and they will be available to connect you with the best person for a solution.
