We are committed to creating a high-performing, transparent and collaborative environment for all our employees, so we are disappointed to hear about some of your experiences. Due to the nature of our business, working over the weekends is highly unavoidable due to delivery schedules. We do provide off-in-lieu for Alephians who had worked over the weekend and/or public holidays. Nevertheless, do note that we do not encourage working overtime unless there are any emergency situations. We cherish family/personal time as much as you do. People are our top priority and should never be overlooked. We hope this will help to clarify your misunderstandings of us.
