1. Chief creative officer will not listen to your years of working opinion because he is CCO. 2. Unpredictable mood by the CCO, if he's happy you get things done on time, or else prepare with the last minute massive changes while you have less than a day of presenting the updates to clients 3. Higher level management have detach from the reality and expectation. Proceeding with rainbows and unicorns with client's limited budget, timeline and resources 4, Out of balance with managing the internal stuff like weekly and monthly sharing that required to attend and deadlines that we have with clients. 5. Required the team that follow your "crafting" method, but feedbacks given are subjective and subtle. 6. Chef creative officer will appreciate the feedbacks that given from an experience UIUX designer.
