Diversity - You will be exposed to projects from different industries and work with people from different countries.

Cons

Overload of work with very tight deadlines, even working on a weekend! Management is toxic, they are very rude to employees. They protect themselves so no matter how many complaints employees file against an executive/head, expect that no action will be taken. That is why in my time 90% of the employees from our team resigned.
