Once you adjust to the noise level, long hours, and dirty work. It is a great team of people that you are working with to do a difficult job. The consistent schedule and availability of over time are huge benefits.

Cons

Loud manufacturing work environment makes clarity of communication difficult.

Please know that we take areas of concern seriously and do what we can to make improvements. We have increased hourly wages for production employees across the organization by $2 per hour, to help offset the high cost of inflation. We also increased hourly wages for office and administrative employees by $1 per hour.
