The compensation meets basic industry standards.

This organization suffers from a serious lack of competent leadership and decision-making. Many managers do not appear to understand their roles or the fundamentals of clinical operations, which leads to constant confusion and rework. There is little to no meaningful support for CRAs, despite high expectations and unrealistic timelines. Study start-up is poorly managed, frequently disorganized, and misrepresented. Managers often provide inaccurate information or shift blame to cover up mistakes rather than addressing root problems. Transparency is lacking, and accountability is rare. Work-life balance is essentially nonexistent. Excessive workloads, poor planning, and last-minute demands are treated as normal, with little regard for employee well-being or sustainability. Overall: A challenging environment with high burnout risk due to ineffective leadership, lack of support, and
